Digital Transformation Committee
The Digital Transformation Team objective is to allow competencies to be refined to improve processes of the Matri Sabha and all the Shakhas across Mauritius in order to achieve greater collaboration, agility, efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities and Activities
The responsibilities include the following but are not exhaustive:
1. Design the Website of the Matri Sabha;
2. Maintain the website and online portals of MARVPS;
3. Maintain an up-to-date date database of approved members, purohits and employees;
4. Manage a comprehensive repository of Members for strategic decision making.
5. Maintain the page of MARVPS on various social media platforms and ensure that the
Sabha is visible and accessible;
6. Maintain and update the YouTube Channel of MARVPS;
7. To assess, recommend and implement innovative new means of reaching our
community members upon approval of the Managing Committee.
8. Assess the actual IT infrastructure and make recommendation; and also consider people
, data and infrastructure in a cross functional way;
9. Advise Sabha on the procurement of ICT facilities;
10. Conduct regular (at least once a month) meetings and report to MC on the status of
website and online platforms;
11. After approval of MC, post and regularly update the common plan of events on our
website and communicate to all members through various platforms;
12. Organise the events after securing approval from MC;
13. Devise and implement a protocol to share resources among the Shakhas, and ensure
that all members (youngsters, women,…) can use them to organize the activities;
14. Develop a Digital Strategy which should include a business model and a Digital Strategy
Roadmap
15. Communicate events to be held at National Level, Matri Sabha Level or at Shakhas via
website, emails, whatsapp or by the use of any social media;
16. Train our members across the Island on the use of technology or new technology and
also focus on the risks (Cyber security)
17. Responsible to post photos or videos after validation, on the website;
18. Organize half-day seminars or workshops in different regions focusing on the basics of
technology and how to optimize its use;
19. To digitalize the process of booking and collecting funds with respect to different
buildings owned by the Matri Sabha;
20. Any other duties as may be assigned.
Shakha Affairs Committee
The main objective of setting up this committee is to ensure proper governance in all shakhas around the island, coupled with a sound administration strategy.

Senior Citizens Committee
The main objective of setting up this committee is to ensure a smooth collaboration among all senior citizens members of MARVPS (in all shakhas as well). It should also advise the MC on matters to promote and support senior-oriented special events and collaborative efforts that meet the needs of seniors of MARVPS.

Religious Affairs Committee
The main objective of setting up this committee is to address matters related to engage with and support the religious and spiritual life of the Ravived Community.

Health & Wellness Committee
The main objective of setting up this committee is to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all members of MARVPS (in all shakhas as well). It should also promote, advocate and educate everyone in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and adopting a safety culture in order to remain productive and help MARVPS to achieve set objectives.

Sunrise Hall Committee
OBJECTIVE
The Managing Committee (the “MC”) of Mauritius Arya Ravived Pracharini Sabha (“MARVPS”) has heretofore established a Shakha Affairs Committee and does thereby adopt this term of reference to formally set forth its authority, responsibilities and specific duties. The main objective of setting up this committee is to allow competencies to be refined to improve processes of the Sunrise Hall and make it as well-known asset across Mauritius in order to achieve greater transparency.

Responsibilities and Activities

- carry out maintenance activities to make the hall a source of revenue
- embellishment and landscaping of the yard
- coordinate the activities of the hall
- market and promote the hall
- monitor, asses and record the flow of income for every event
Music, Arts & Cultural Affairs Committee
The main objective of setting up this committee is to promote Vedic Gyan and Vigyan among our families and also to conduct various events and activities at regular intervals.

Legal Affairs Committee
The main objective of setting up this committee is to enable the latter to manage all legal related tasks upfront, arising for MARVPS.

Purohit Mandal
The main objective of setting up this committee is to train, regulate and provide oversight of qualified purohits all around the island and in all shakhas. This will also ensure uniformity among all the purohits in the performance of every religious/cultural duties.
